Change Your Theme's Font

Customizing your Shopify theme's font enhances brand identity, improves readability, and fosters professionalism, ultimately improving the customer experience and driving store success. It creates a unique aesthetic, builds trust, and guides customer attention. Font choice is crucial for online business success.

To change your theme’s font: 

  1. Go to Online Store > Themes.

  2. Select Customize next to the theme you’d like to change.

  1. Go to the settings icon on the left panel. 

  2. Select the Font in the section you would like to change. Then, click Select.

  3. You can also make changes in:

  • Font Size Scale: Move the cursor to the desired size.

  • Letter Spacing: Choose a number to define the space between the letters.

  • Text letter case: Choose a capitalization for the letters in the section. 

    • Normal: 
    • Capitalize
    • Uppercase
  • Word break
    • Normal
    • All 
    • Word
  1. When you’re done making changes, click Save in the top-right corner.
